The houses that welcome the guests, furnished with the utmost care are in a simple and refined style. They were constructed using materials such as stone, chestnut wood, and traditional terracotta…all in harmony with the history and nature of the surroundings. In addition to the private areas, there are several spaces for communiity use, such as the sauna room, the outdoor jacuzzi, the large kitchen with a lounge for moments of conviviality, and the yoga studio (also suitable for holding meetings), as well as outdoor areas, with gardens, terraces and porches.
There are two adjacent farmhouses: Casaletto Rustico and Casaletto del Gelso for a total of sixteen beds and, not far away, Casaletto delle Terrazze, which offers another two beds.

Casaletto Rustico
The Rustico cottage (sleeps two to six) has been renovated following the footprints of an existing ancient rural building, entirely rebuilt using the stones of the land. The house, in addition to the bedroom with a double bed, has a delightful living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom with bath. There are also two terraces and a garden to enjoy the outdoors. It can be used as a place to stay for a couple, but is also suitable for family use as it has another possible two queen sized beds.
Casaletto del Gelso
The Gelso (Mulberry) cottage takes its name from the magnificent centenary tree that surrounds and protects the dwelling with its gigantic foliage. It can accommodate up to ten people as it is composed of five rooms: three double rooms with a shared bathroom + two double rooms with an en-suite bathroom. Each room has its own independent entrance that overlooks a shared garden. This cottage also follows the traces of a pre-existing rural structure and is furnished with the utmost care.
Casaletto delle Terrazze
A delightful double mini-apartment with kitchenette, fireplace and en-suite bathroom. Located a little further from the other two cottages, it has its own garden and private access to a terrace with a pergola and a spectacular view of Mount Soratte. This cottage is ideal for one person or a couple who want to spend time in absolute privacy.

Below are the services included in the rental price:
Check-in is usually at 2:00 p.m. but, upon specific request from guests, we can agree to welcome you earlier without any additional costs.
Check-out can be extended until sunset so that guests can fully enjoy the day without the pressure of having to leave the space.
Linen: sheets, personal towels, blankets and pillows are prepared in each room for each bed requested.
Heating: all rooms are heated.
Spa area: a sauna room for three people and an outdoor jacuzzi for four people are available for guests to use free of charge.
Internet: free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
Cleaning: room cleaning is included in the price. Cleaning of the kitchen, after use, is the responsibility of the guests. For stays of less than five nights, room cleaning is not provided during the stay, but can be requested with a supplement payment.
Fireplaces and BBQs: firewood is available for the fireplaces and BBQs.
Water: drinkable water is available everywhere and the kitchen water supply has additional reverse osmosis filtering and UV treatment.
